Shipping

*All orders shipping Standard Overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day must be received and confirmed by 12 noon for same day consideration.
Shipping times are estimated & may vary.

Return Policy

If a product needs to be returned for any refund or warranty evaluation, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-775-5862 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA #) first. Sender is responsible for all shipping charges back to Lumastrobe. Please include a statement explaining the problem or defect along with your email address in the event we need to contact you. Include the RGA # clearly on the package or on the shipping label.
